The period's top recorded sale was 395 North Undermountain Road at $800,000, sold by Deborah Anne Schneiderman and Scott Charles Lizama to Andrew Conway and Kimberly Kapner; that same address was recorded again the same day in a $640,000 transfer to Adams Community Bank. Ashley Falls Road saw two separate sales. A financial institution appears as buyer or seller on 10 of the 15 recorded transfers, and nine of the 15 deeds carried no price recorded yet.
