Sheffield recorded 12 property transfers between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, but only two deeds disclosed a sale price: $425,000 for 200 East Stahl Road and $240,000 for 175 Main Street, yielding a median of $332,500 based on those two figures alone. Seven of the 12 transfers listed a bank, credit union or loan servicer as seller, and Hewins Street and Stahl Road each saw two recorded deeds. With price data missing from 10 of 12 transfers, the available figures do not support broader conclusions about market direction or tone this period.
