Sheffield sees 15 deeds recorded in a month where only one sale price was disclosed
Sheffield recorded 15 property transfers between July 24 and Aug. 22, but only one deed disclosed a sale price: $650,000 for 200 Clayton Rd, sold by Konkapot LLC to Thomas C. Grossman on July 30. With pricing disclosed on just 1 of 15 transactions, no market-wide price range, median or trend can be established from this period's data. At least four deeds involved a bank or loan servicer as a party, and at least five appear to be within-family or trust transfers rather than open-market sales. Ashley Falls Road and South Main Street each saw two recorded transfers.
