With pricing recorded on just 1 of 15 transactions, no market-wide price range, median or trend can be established from this period's data. At least four deeds involved a bank or loan servicer as a party, and at least five appear to be within-family or trust transfers rather than open-market sales. Ashley Falls Road and South Main Street each saw two recorded transfers.
