Sheffield sees 13 deed transfers in late summer period, most prices still pending
Sheffield recorded 13 property transfers between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, but only three carried a sale price by press time: $200,000, $214,000 and $903,000, a median of $214,000 among priced sales. The top transfer was 60 Parsley Lane at $903,000, sold by Kevin McGraw and Carolyn Bogle McGraw to Karen M. Bogle and Grant Bogle as trustees. North Main Street and Ashley Falls Road each saw two transfers. Several transfers involved estates, trusts, family members or lenders rather than traditional sales. With 10 of 13 transfers still lacking a recorded price, the period's overall market tone cannot yet be assessed from available data.
