Parsley Lane Sale at $903,000 Leads Sheffield Deed Activity This Period

Sheffield saw 16 recorded property transfers between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, though only three carry a sale price so far, ranging from $214,000 to $903,000 with a median of $850,000. The period's top recorded sale was 60 Parsley Lane at $903,000, sold Aug. 28 by Kevin and Carolyn Bogle McGraw to Karen M. and Grant Bogle as trustees. Ashley Falls Road and Hewins Street each had two transfers, and a bank or lender was party to 9 of the 16 deeds. The remaining 13 sale prices have not yet posted to the registry, which is typical within about a week of recording.
